Paul is The Very Group’s Digital Customer Experience Director and is responsible for driving the digital customer experience across all of The Very Group’s brands and touchpoints, leading a collection of squads who focus on making data informed decisions to improve the journey and drive forward the technology landscape. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the eCommerce sector, during which time he has been responsible for many areas including digital strategy, performance marketing, product management, UX, engineering, insight and analytics at both large and medium-sized online businesses.
