Marlies Hersbach is the ecommerce executive director at Mango, leading and executing the company's online business strategy, reporting directly to Elena Carasso, Online and Customer Director and member of the Steering Committee.
With a degree in French Language and Culture and a specialization in Intercultural Communication from the University of Utrecht, the executive joined Mango in 2020 after a successful career in multiple companies in the fashion sector. Hersbach joined as International Retail Director in West Europe, a position she held until 2023, when she was appointed International Retail Director in France, overseeing the store strategy for the French market.
Before joining Mango, she held different roles in the e-commerce area in companies such as Kiabi and Pimkie.
